The MotionMark MMT-Advanced is a configurable maintenance timer that records time only when your equipment is is motion.  One the timer expires, it is reset by simply pressing the button after you have performed lubrication or maintenance.  

This unit is pre-configured to work with most use cases, but settings can be easily adjusted by the customer to make it more or less sensitive.

Common Applications

This can be mounted to tractors, loaders, vehicles, and implements to track when machinery is due for inspection, greasing, or service.  This eliminates over greasing for infrequently used equipment while at the same time ensuring that machinery is greased periodically.

Rental fleets - attach to rental equipment that does not have an engine to track hours with a traditional hour meter.

Settings

  • Accel Sensitivity (0-9) 🔵

    0 - Accelerometer OFF (will ignore reading and rely on only gyro)
    1 - Minimum Sensitivity (will require high acceleration / vibration to trigger timer)
    2 - 8 Sensitivity Increases at each level
    9 - Maximum Sensitivity (very sensitive and will be susceptible to wind and nearby equipment)

  • Gyro Sensitivity (0-9) 🟢

    0 - Gyro OFF (will ignore reading and rely on only accelerometer)
    1 - Minimum Sensitivity (will require high rate of change to trigger timer)
    2 - 8 Sensitivity Increases at each level
    9 - Maximum Sensitivity (very sensitive and will detect very low rate of change)

  • Interval (0.1 - 999.9 hours) ⏱

    This adjusts the length of the timer

    Changing this will apply immediately to the currently running timer.
